Australian Lawyer Review
Our Australian migration matters are reviewed by a legal professional admitted to the legal profession by the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Bring your innovative ideas to Australia with support from PremierVisa’s Australian immigration legal team. We can assist with preparing and reviewing a business plan covering your market, business model, implementation and potential contribution to Australia.

We do not treat a fixed number of years in business as a universal eligibility threshold. Assessment considers your actual achievements, professional background, proposed innovation and supporting evidence.

The NIV is an invitation-only permanent visa. A business plan is supporting documentation; it does not replace the achievement, nomination and other visa requirements or guarantee an invitation or visa grant.

The NIV Entrepreneur Direction

Professional support to develop a practical Australian innovation and business proposal.

What the NIV offers

The National Innovation Visa (subclass 858) is for established and emerging leaders with internationally recognised exceptional and outstanding achievements. Entrepreneurs are among its intended applicants. A grant provides permanent residence, work and study rights.

The NIV does not use the skilled-migration points test. You must submit an expression of interest and receive a Department of Home Affairs invitation before applying. Government-agency nomination may affect invitation priority; state nomination is not compulsory in every case.

Applicants under 18 or aged 55 and over must demonstrate exceptional benefit to the Australian community. English, eligible family members, health, character and other requirements need individual assessment. Processing time depends on the case and official arrangements.

Business Plans Supported by Our Australian Immigration Legal Team

You set the goal; we help develop the proposal

PremierVisa’s Australian immigration legal team can assist with writing and reviewing a business plan based on your actual background and project information. The plan may cover innovation, market demand, the business model, implementation, staffing and financial forecasts.

Our work can include market and competitor research, commercialisation pathways, potential partnerships, employment and industry contributions, and consistency checks against application evidence. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing.

Requirements to assess

  • Internationally recognised exceptional achievements and current prominence in the relevant field.
  • An EOI and formal Department of Home Affairs invitation.
  • An eligible nominator and signed Form 1000.
  • Applicable English, health, character, family and other visa requirements.

There is no universal entrepreneurial-history period, turnover threshold or single investment amount for all NIV entrepreneurs. A business plan alone cannot guarantee an invitation or approval.
